A Gentle Reflection
Have you ever stopped to really ask ...
Who am I, really?
Not what do I do.
Not what have I accomplished.
Not what have people told me I am.
Who am I, really?
I've been thinking about this lately, and Scripture has been coming alive in my heart in a fresh way.
And I keep coming back to this:
Maybe we discover who we really are by discovering who He really is.
Colossians 3:3–4 in The Passion Translation says:
“Your true life is hidden away in God in Christ. And as Christ himself is seen for who he really is, who you really are will also be revealed, for you are now one with him in his glory.”
Oh my goodness.
Your true life is hidden away in God in Christ.
And then this:
“As Christ himself is seen for who he really is, who you really are will also be revealed.”
Read that again - Do you see it?
Your true life isn't something you have to create.
It's already there.
Hidden in Him.
And as He is revealed to you—as you come to know Him, experience Him, discover His heart and see Him for who He really is—you begin to discover who you really are.
Maybe that's why we can spend so much time trying to “find ourselves” and still feel like something is missing.
We're looking at ourselves.
Trying to figure ourselves out.
Analyzing our past.
Wondering about our purpose.
Trying to identify our gifts.
Asking, What am I supposed to do with my life?
And perhaps the better question is simply:
“Jesus, who are You?”
Because as we discover Him, something happens.
We begin to see ourselves differently.
The One who created us begins to reveal what He placed within us.
Our true life—our identity, our purpose, our calling, the person we were created to be—is hidden in Him.
Not hidden because He doesn't want us to find it.
Hidden in Him so that as we seek Him, we discover it.
I love that.
A Beautiful Invitation
And He doesn't want this to remain mere head knowledge.
Paul prayed that we would actually experience the love of Christ—not simply know about it, but know it by experience, a love that surpasses mere knowledge (Ephesians 3:19 AMPC).
He wants to be known.
He wants you to discover Him.
And in discovering Him, to discover you.
So perhaps you don't need to have yourself all figured out.
Perhaps you simply need to look to Him.
What This Can Look Like
Seek Him.
Read His Word.
Talk to Him.
Ask questions.
Listen.
Get to know His heart.
Don't settle for simply knowing about Jesus.
Know Him.
Because your true life is hidden in Him.
And as He is revealed…
you are revealed.
There is more of Him to discover.
And there is more of you to discover too.
oh what a beautiful journey!

Meet Tracie

Hi friend!

My name is Tracie and I am so glad you are here.

One of the greatest desires in my life is to help people discover ways to naturally support their beautiful God given ability to heal, mend, repair and be in balance.

Our bodies communicate with us with whispers; subtle signals like minor aches and pains, hormone imbalances, anxiety, fatigue, headaches, restless sleep, tummy troubles… But ignoring these whispers or masking them with over-the-counter medications does not solve the root problem. It’s like putting duct tape over the check engine light in our car. We might not see the light anymore, but the issue is still there! If we don’t pay attention to these subtle signals, they will get louder and louder until our body forces us to take notice!

Listening to our body's whispers and beginning to ask WHY will put us on the path of discovering what works for US! There are so many beautiful alternatives that support our body's ability to heal and be in balance.

As a passionate advocate for all things natural, including the power of essential oils, I offer support and guidance to those seeking a more holistic approach to health and wellness. Whether you're a momma, a grammie, or anyone in between, this is the place to find practical solutions and inspiration.

Feel free to shoot a message if you'd like to chat!

Together we will embrace the natural goodness that surrounds us and create positive change and become Better Each Day!

Tracie xo
